Our department seminars
We organize regularly a seminar, during which we invite students and researchers to present their work and participate to a discussion with the students and staff members of our department. These meetings are a way to promote the exchange of knowledge and ideas between students and researchers in biology from different university.
Format of the seminar:
· Talk duration of 30-45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion: about 1 hour total is dedicated to the seminar.
· All talks are fully online (and can be recorded with consent).
· The audience consists of biologists working in our department on a broad variety of specialisations (aquaculture, molecular biology, ecologists, etc.) and range from MSc to Professor level.
· We are working towards engaging and convivial discussions in different fields of biology.
